Health and Safety

The safety of our employees and contractors is the main priority during the company's production activities. We conduct our activities in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code and voluntarily assumed obligations in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 45001 .

We strive to maintain the efficiency of Health and Safety management and annually invite accredited companies to conduct certification and regulatory audits.

For us, Health and Safety mean not only to preserve life and health, but also to care about the psycho-physiological state during both working hours and free time. Therefore, we develop a culture of safety and promote responsible and safe behavior among our employees, regardless of their location.

In order to spread the culture of safety behavior, as well as to increase attention to the requirements of Health and Safety, we arrange regular trainings for our employees, required ones by legislation, and extended corporate ones. For us, the quality of the training is important, therefore, for its implementation we involve certified internal mentors or invite an external accredited organization. We also engage qualified professionals to provide training and education on additional topics that can lead to a reduction in the number of injuries and accidents at workplace.

The company uses combined indices as the main statistical indicator. These indices take into account accidents that have occurred with employees of the company, as well as accidents involving contractors during their work on our territory. We are proud that in 2016–2021, there was no fatal accidents at work among employees of the company and its contractors. Prompt care about the health of employees and ensuring safe working conditions allows us to keep the level of professional diseases at zero level.

Management of Health and Occupational Safety issues is divided into several levels of hierarchy

The Directorate is headed by Dmitry Vavilov, Head of Health and Safety, Ecology and Quality, while Sergey Grudinskiy, Head of Health and Safety, is in charge of the Health and Safety issues.
