In 2007 Andrey Malinin graduated from the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov with a degree in Jurisprudence.

Andrey has over 15 years of professional experience in corporate governance. He actively participated in the implementation and development of corporate practices at PJSC LUKOIL. His competence included issues of listing, shareholders relations, information disclosure, ensuring the functioning of management bodies.

Since January 2022, he has been appointed as Corporate Secretary of JSC VDK-Energo, one of the largest energy companies in southern Russia.

On December 9, 2022, by decision of the Board of Directors, he was appointed to the position of Corporate Secretary of PJSC EL5-Energo.
